Off to the Triumph Live at Mallorey park in a few weeks. Was wondering what bike I would like a test ride on...and I now hope its one of the new adventure bikes.

All I can see when I click on any of the links is clouds and a silhouette of mountains, forest and city buildings with the word ADVENTURE in it

Is there something I am not seeing?

Took a while to load on my home laptop, and to be honest the videos dont give a clear look at what the bikes are like....but it shows them riding through mud........so thats good enough to warrent a ride from me.

They are very good teaser videos.

Good to see that they haven't gone down the bigger / heavier is better - 800 for off road good stuff - has an extra cylinder too

All we need now is Honda to bring out say a V Twin .... say 750cc with 21 inch front and simples to maintain... hang on they had one of those a while back

Do we know for sure it's 800cc? They're talking about big displacement triple engines... That could also be the 1050 engine?

Looking very interesting though, I'm not fussed about the road biased one (even if I rarely take my beast off-road now)...

Yes. Triumph issued a statement last month I believe to confirm that it's an 800cc long stroke triple and not a 1050.

Two bikes, one road, one offroad, around 800cc, this has been ongoing for a few months now. SteveT first brought it up, and I agree with him, if the bikes are as good as they say I'll also make space for one.
